Reporting illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)
To report content stored on slowbloom that you believe is illegal, send a notice to mail@novyra.com including the relevant entry or share URL and a description of the issue. Because entries are end-to-end encrypted, slowbloom cannot inspect their content — we act on reports relating to publicly shared material (e.g. shared garden links) and on lawful authority requests.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
Liability for content & links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 DDG. Under Art. 4–6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) we are not under a general obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. Our offer contains links to external websites over whose content we have no influence; liability for that content rests with the respective provider. We will remove such links promptly upon becoming aware of any legal violation.
